Ladies, looking to lose weight...

IF YOU ARE READY TO FINALLY LOSE THE WEIGHT FOR GOOD, THIS RETREAT IS FOR YOU!


Spend a day with us as we bring you through a complete indulgence towards re-wiring your brain and body for weight loss.
This retreat is for WOMEN ONLY and will be limited to 12 women.
Schedule of events:
10am: Hormone Balancing Breakfast! We will be serving a delicious high protein breakfast and sharing all of our secrets with you on how to do this at home too!
11am: Class begins - Michelle will be guiding us through an interactive, engaging, and informational lesson on overcoming yo-yo dieting. She specializes in using techniques from neuroscience, behavior science, and her clinical expertise to help women ditch yo-yo dieting and build a strong mindset to lose the weight and keep it off.
12:30pm: Crystal will be guiding us through a breathwork and yoga practice that focuses on the relaxation of the nervous system. Your body will not release excess weight if your nervous system is unregulated. Yoga and breathwork have the added bonus of leaving you feeling relaxed and creative for the rest of the day!

2pm: End of the day! We will wrap up everything we've spoken about and hand out some bundles for you to take home and practice what you've learned!

Registration includes EVERYTHING above and all take-home materials! Each woman will be leaving with a binder that covers all of the information!
Spend the day focused on the benefits you'll receive and let us worry about making sure you've got all that information for tomorrow when you're ready to start implementing it into your day to day life!
